Discover Positive Changes began long before it had a name—rooted in the life experiences of its founder, Naomie Branson. Growing up in a challenging environment, Naomie became deeply aware of how our habits, patterns, and surroundings shape who we become. Those early experiences sparked a lifelong curiosity: Why do we repeat patterns we don’t want? And how do people truly change?
Driven by these questions, Naomie pursued a degree in behavioral studies, eventually dedicating more than a decade to working with children experiencing developmental delays and supporting families navigating complex behavioral challenges. Through her work, one truth became incredibly clear: the science of behavior is powerful, practical, and deeply transformative—but most people never get access to it.
Naomie saw a gap. Behavioral science held answers that could help people understand themselves, break old cycles, and build healthier habits, yet the tools available were limited, confusing, or disconnected from real human experience. She imagined something different—a way to bring behavioral insights to everyday people in a warm, approachable, and actionable form.
After years of studying, testing, refining, and dreaming, Discover Positive Changes was born.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over a decade of clinical experience, Naomie blends scientific insight with practical tools to help others create sustainable habits.
Through her brand, Discover Positive Changes, Naomie designs journals, courses, and habit-based tools to help individuals thrive in mindset and routine.
Guided by faith and a passion for making psychology practical, she believes that positive change begins one small habit at a time.
The Effective Habits journal was born from years of helping clients build meaningful routines and recognizing a key truth: motivation matters, but it isn’t enough on its own. In behavioral science, motivation is an important component—it can spark the desire to change—but it naturally rises and falls. Real, lasting success comes from structure.
